Revision of AEON Member Plus Visa Card and AEON Wallet Terms & Conditions and Product Disclosure Sheet

Dear Valued AEON Member Plus Visa Cardholders and AEON Wallet users,

Kindly be informed that revisions to the AEON Member Plus Visa Card and AEON Wallet Terms & Conditions and Product Disclosure Sheet stated below will take effect after 17^th March 2026 .

The revision has been implemented in preparation for the upcoming introduction of DuitNow services on AEON Wallet, namely DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer.

Summary of changes is as follows:

(1) AEON Member Plus Visa Card

Terms and Conditions: Clause 37.3(vii)

37.3       AEON Points will be credited into Cardholder’s account within forty-eight (48) hours after the retail transaction is completed, except for the purchase of electrical item(s) made in AEON Stores that requires delivery, for which AEON Points will be credited within forty-five (45) days after the item(s) has been delivered and accepted by the Cardholder. No points will be rewarded for purchases or payments of any of the following, unless stated otherwise in applicable campaigns or promotions:-

(i)           AEON Gift Cards, AEON Gift Vouchers, mobile top up, Touch n’ Go top up,

(ii)          Tobacco related products,

(iii)         Purchases from Molly Fantasy,

(iv)         Delivery charges/ repair and service charges,

(v)          Payment for products of AEON Loyalty Programme,

(vi)         Bulk purchases or transactions deemed wholesale in nature as determined by AEON, as well as any other statutory payments (such as service tax or excise duty),

(vii)        Transactions performed via DuitNow QR or other DuitNow services. (NEW)

Product Disclosure Sheet: Section 2(d)

2.           What do I enjoy from this product?

d.           For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made via DuitNow QR or other DuitNow services, as well as selected goods and services specified in the AEON Member Plus Visa Card Terms and Conditions, shall not be eligible for AEON Points, unless stated otherwise in applicable campaigns or promotions. (NEW)

(2) AEON Wallet

Terms and Conditions: Clause 7.2

7.2         For avoidance of doubt, any transactions performed via DuitNow QR or other DuitNow services are not eligible for AEON Points, unless stated otherwise in applicable campaigns or promotions. (NEW)

Product Disclosure Sheet: Section 2(b)

2.           What do I enjoy from this product?

b)           Earn 2 AEON Points for every RM1.00 spent at AEON Co., AEON BiG Hypermarkets, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, and Daiso by AEON when the AEON Wallet is used:

–        for member recognition, and

–        for payment (excluding payments made via DuitNow QR or other DuitNow services, as well as selected goods and services specified in the AEON Wallet Terms and Conditions, unless stated otherwise in applicable campaigns or promotions). (REVISED)
