Having issues with your credit card PIN?

Don’t let a forgotten PIN stop your payments. Reset it instantly using AEON Wallet following the steps below:

STEP 1: Log in to AEON Wallet and tap on your card to click ‘Reset Card PIN”.

STEP 2: Use Biometrics or User PIN to identify verification.

(Note: Only allowed to use biometric if enabled)

STEP 3: Enter 6-digit to Create card PIN and Confirm card PIN, then click ‘Done’ to start using your card.
