Revision of Plaza Premium Lounge Terms and Conditions

Dear Valued Cardholders, 

Please be informed that the Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL) Terms & Conditions will be revised with effect from 20 September 2026. 

The key revisions are summarised as below: 

Clause	Revision
Clause 3 – Card Eligibility & Entitlement	New clause has been added to clarify that expired, cancelled or blocked cards are not eligible for lounge access and the lounge access entitlement is valid for one (1) calendar year, from January to December.
Clause 4 – Eligible Flight Departure	Revised to clarify that PPL access applies to international flight departures only. Domestic flight departures are not eligible.
Clause 8 – PPL Fee for Domestic Flight Departure	A new provision has been added stating that a RM134.00 PPL fee will be charged within three (3) months from the PPL visit date for lounge access relating to a domestic flight departure within Malaysia.
