NPS Survey
Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad hereby formally authorizes Ipsos Sdn Bhd, a professional and internationally recognized market research agency, to conduct a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey on our behalf.
The primary aim is to assess customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. The insights obtained will be utilized to enhance service quality and improve the overall customer experience.
This authorization will be in effect from the October and remain valid until the completion of the survey project, which is expected to be concluded by December 2025.
