No refund is given in lieu of adverse weather conditions.
All transactions are final. Tickets are NOT for resale and NOT exchangeable for cash.

Ticket holders must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.
Ticket holders to scan the QR code(s) printed on their ticket(s) at the Entopia admission turnstile to enter.
For purchase of children and senior citizen tickets, identification documents/passport are required for validation.
