These offers are open to Malaysians aged 40 to 65 years old, both married and single. Married couples must attend together and complete the tests on the same day.
Attendance is nontransferable. Individual attendance will not be accepted. Single participants who RSVP will attend alone, and the gift will be for one person only.
RSVP must be made at least 2 days in advance. Redemption is strictly by appointment, walk in is not accepted/permitted. Each RSVP form allows a maximum of 2 persons per redemption.
A minimum stay of 120 minutes/2 hours is required to complete all tests.
Each cardholder is entitled to a one time purchase at RM99 (Per Credit Card, per family).
The RSVP e-confirmation ticket will be provided and must be presented at the Danai Medi-Wellness outlet upon arrival.
The test values are not exchangeable for cash & the offers are not valid for any current members of Danai.
All RSVPs must be submitted before 30 June 2026.
