Announcement: Revision of AEON Credit Card Terms & Conditions

Dear Valued AEON Credit Cardholders,   

Kindly be informed that the following Terms and Conditions for AEON Credit Cards will be revised effective 05^th January 2026:  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

CLAUSE 25: CREDIT LIMIT

25. CREDIT LIMIT 

25.1 AEON Credit shall at its sole discretion determine the Cardholder’s credit limit (“Credit Limit”) when your Credit Card application is approved. 

25.2 In the event the Cardholder wishes to revise his/her credit limit, the Cardholder may request through the following channels: Customer Care Centre (via email, call, or live chat), Retention Unit (via email), or by walk-in to any branch of AEON Credit. 

25.3 Where the Cardholder holds two or more Credit Card accounts with AEON Credit, a combined Credit Limit representing the total credit limit extended across all the Credit Card held by the Cardholder and his/her Supplementary Cardholder, if any, will be assigned to the Cardholder.  

25.4 The Cardholder hereby agrees that he/she shall not exceed his/her Credit Limit at any time in using the Credit Card. The Cardholder shall pay any excess thereof immediately upon receipt of the Statement or in any other written notice communicated to the Cardholder by AEON Credit.
