What is Subscription?
Subscription is a leasing / rental solution that allows customers to enjoy selected consumer products without the need for upfront ownership. Customers pay a fixed monthly rental fee, which includes full warranty coverage and servicing throughout the subscription period.
Where can I apply this product?
This product is available at participating merchants only.
What is the available rental period (lease term)?
Depending on the products offered by the company, the minimum rental period is thirty-six (36) months, and the maximum rental period is sixty (60) months.
Who owns the products?
AEON Credit remains the legal owner of the products at all times.
What happens if the products are missing or damaged?
Missing products: You are required to pay the full outstanding balance. Damaged due to own negligence: You are required to pay full outstanding balance. Damaged due to manufacturer defect: Contact the merchant for warranty support and inspection.
Can I terminate the rental early?
Yes. Early termination is allowed with the full rental amount is payable inclusive SST.
Is the rental subject to tax and who pays the tax?
Yes, SST is applicable and will be borne by you.
