    3. How are points consolidated if I have both AEON Member Plus Visa Card and AEON Credit Card?

      4. If you have both an AEON Member Plus Visa Card and AEON Credit Card, your points will be automatically combined into a single account. If one of the cards has a negative points balance, points will offset against the positive points balance from the other card.

    1. How is my membership tier assigned?

      2. The initial tier will be assigned according to the points earned from 1st January of current year until current date. Subsequently, your tier will be updated annually based on previous or current year points earned.

    2. How do I qualify for a higher tier?
      • Your membership tier is assigned based on the total points earned throughout the calendar year.
      • You can qualify for a higher tier by:

        – Meeting the points threshold: Tier is automatically upgraded once you meet the points threshold for the next tier.

        – Points credit adjustment: If any points adjustments increase your total points above the tier threshold, your membership tier will be upgraded.

    3. Can my tier be downgraded?

      4. Yes, tier downgrades occur in the following scenarios:

      • Points threshold not met:
        Tier will be downgraded on 1st January should your points earned from previous year does not meet the points threshold.
      • Refund, reversal, or points debit adjustment:
        If points are adjusted due to refund, void transactions or debited due to any adjustments, your tier may be downgraded if your total points fall below the threshold of your current tier.

    5. Are there any additional costs in upgrading tiers?

      6. No, there are no additional costs to upgrade your tier. Membership tiers are based solely on points earned.

      • Points earned when performing member recognition at AEON Retail * using:
        1. Scan membership barcode from the AEON Wallet Malaysia App.
        2. Tap AEON Member Plus Visa Card at AEON cashiers.
      • Points earned from spending using AEON Cards locally or overseas.
      • Points earned from spending using AEON Privilege Card for Hawkers & Petty Traders at AEON Retail *.
      • Points are awarded differently based on the card type and spending benefits.

    2. How long does it take for points to be credited?
      • Within 48 hours for local & overseas transactions.
      • Within 45 days for cash-on-delivery purchases from AEON Retail.

        • Note: The time required for points crediting may vary depending on the transaction posting date and other factors.

    3. Where can I redeem points?

      You can redeem points via below channels:

      • AEON Wallet Malaysia App
      • AEON Credit Service Website
      • AEON Bank App
      • myAEON2go App and Website

      Redemption is based on the conversion rate of 200 points = RM1. For example, if you have a total of 1,000 available points, you can redeem RM5. Points can be redeemed to:

      • AEON Member Plus Visa Card *
      • AEON Credit Card *
      • AEON Bank CASA Account
      • Purchases from myAEON2go (during checkout)
      • Donation (Malaysian AEON Foundation) *

      *Customer must have an active AEON Member Plus Visa Card or AEON Credit Card to perform points redemption.

    4. Do AEON points expire?

      Yes, points expire after three (3) years on 31 December from the earning year.

    5. Can I transfer my points to another member?

      No. The points are non-transferable.

    6. Is there a minimum points redemption?

      Yes, a minimum of 200 points is required for redemption and every redemption is based on a multiplier of 200 points.

    7. Is there a maximum limit of redemption per day?

      No, there is no daily limit on redemptions. You can redeem AEON Points as long you have sufficient points available in your account.

  • Point Statement
    1. When is my point statement generated?

      2. The AEON Point Statement is generated on the 1st week of each month and you can view or download your point statement for up to 12 months.

    2. What is the cycle of the point statement

      3. Point statements are generated based on points transactions from the 1st of the month until the last date of the month.

      Note: April 2025 point statement will not reflect the full month transaction. Kindly check the period covered in the April 2025 point statement.

    3. Where can I view my point statement?

      4. You can view and download your point statement through AEON Wallet Malaysia app.

    4. Can I still view my points information in the monthly or yearly AEON Cards and Wallet statement?

      5. No, points information will be removed from the current monthly or yearly AEON Cards and Wallet statement. All points information will be captured in the AEON Point Statement.

    1. Is there a fee to join the AEON Loyalty Programme?

      2. No, joining the AEON Loyalty Programme is free of charge. However, an annual fee applies to those who opt for a physical AEON Member Plus Visa Card, which is payable by the member. For the AEON Privilege Card for Hawkers & Petty Traders, the annual fee is paid by In2Niaga.

    2. Where can I view my AEON Member Plus Visa Card Annual Fee?

      3. Download AEON Wallet Malaysia app and view your annual fee charge.

    3. Are there any hidden charges or additional costs?

      4. No, there are no hidden charges. All benefits are included based on your tier.
