AEON has streamlined the loyalty programme by consolidating all points under a single customer account, regardless of the number of cards or accounts you may have. This ensures a more seamless and convenient experience for you.
If you have both an AEON Member Plus Visa Card and AEON Credit Card, your points will be automatically combined into a single account. If one of the cards has a negative points balance, points will offset against the positive points balance from the other card.

- Your membership tier is assigned based on the total points earned throughout the calendar year.
- You can qualify for a higher tier by:
– Meeting the points threshold: Tier is automatically upgraded once you meet the points threshold for the next tier.
– Points credit adjustment: If any points adjustments increase your total points above the tier threshold, your membership tier will be upgraded.

Tier will be downgraded on 1st January should your points earned from previous year does not meet the points threshold. - Refund, reversal, or points debit adjustment:
If points are adjusted due to refund, void transactions or debited due to any adjustments, your tier may be downgraded if your total points fall below the threshold of your current tier. - Where do I check my tier and points?

The initial tier will be assigned according to the points earned from 1st January of current year until current date. Subsequently, your tier will be updated annually based on previous or current year points earned.

Redemption is based on the conversion rate of 200 points = RM1. For example, if you have a total of 1,000 available points, you can redeem RM5. Points can be redeemed to:

- Purchases from myAEON2go (during checkout)
- Donation (Malaysian AEON Foundation) *

Yes, points expire after three (3) years on 31 December from the earning year.
- Can I transfer my points to another member?
No. The points are non-transferable.

Yes, a minimum of 200 points is required for redemption and every redemption is based on a multiplier of 200 points.
- Is there a maximum limit of redemption per day?
No, there is no daily limit on redemptions. You can redeem AEON Points as long you have sufficient points available in your account.
