- Who can access the AEON Credit Flagship lounge?
The lounge is open to principal and supplementary AEON Platinum Credit Cardholders, selected AEON Member Plus Visa Cardholders who meet specific spend conditions and Personal Financing account holder with specific conditions.
- What are the requirements to access the lounge?
• AEON Platinum Credit Cardholders have no minimum spend requirement.
• AEON Member Plus Visa Cardholders need to have a minimum annual spend of RM20,000 across eligible transactions within 30 days before the lounge visit date.
• Personal Financing account (apply Personal Financing at any flagship branch with active account status). - How do I verify my eligibility to enter the lounge?
Eligible Cardholders must present their AEON Platinum Credit Card and/or AEON Wallet notification message and/or inform branch staff about their active Personal Financing account applied at any flagship branch for verification. Entry may be refused if the details provided are invalid or incomplete.
- How often can I access the lounge?
Eligible Cardholders can access the lounge up to four (4) times per month, with each visit limited to two (2) hours. Each visit allows for two (2) accompanying guests.
- Are outside food and beverages allowed in the lounge?
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Complimentary refreshments provided within the lounge are for consumption within the premises only.
- Is there any specific etiquette I should follow while in the lounge?
• Please ensure children are supervised to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Maintain a lower noise level to avoid disturbing other members.
• Smoking, vaping, napping, or sleeping are prohibited in the lounge. - Who is responsible for any personal injury or accidents in the lounge?
