- Who can access the AEON Lounge?
AEON Lounge is open only to Members of AEON Loyalty Programme who are in Tier ✪ ✪ or higher, principal and supplementary AEON Platinum Credit Cardholder, Personal Financing account holder (apply Personal Financing at any flagship branch with active account status), selected AEON Member Plus Visa Cardholder (“Eligible Customer”) and customer eligible with any specific promotion.
- What are the eligibilities and how to access the lounge?
- How long can I access the lounge for each visit and how many guests can I bring?
Each visit is limited to two (2) hours with two (2) accompanying guests.
- Are outside food and beverages allowed in the lounge?
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Complimentary refreshments provided within the lounge are for consumption within the premises only.
- Is there any specific etiquette I should follow while in the lounge?
• Please ensure children are supervised to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Maintain a lower noise level to avoid disturbing other members.
• Smoking, vaping, napping, or sleeping are prohibited in the lounge. - Who is responsible for any personal injury or accidents in the lounge?
